Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle has teamed up with the British Heart Foundation to promote 'heart healthy lifestyles' in schools.

Tweddle, who visited King's Junior School in Chester to lead workshops for pupils and promote BHF events Jump Rope For Heart and Ultimate Dodgeball, said 'It's fantastic for students to take part in physical activity that is fun, rewarding and heart healthy. By signing up to a BHF skipping or dodgeball event pupils can enjoy some healthy exercise, raise money for their school, and help power life saving research into heart disease'.
